FXCO-Pilot

FAQ

Quick answers to common questions about trials, pricing, report sharing, and how FXCO-Pilot validates trades.

What is FXCO-Pilot?
FXCO-Pilot is a trade validation tool. It doesn’t predict price it checks your setup quality: structure, liquidity context, alignment, and risk plan, then gives a disciplined verdict (TAKE / TAKE IF / WAIT / AVOID).
Key idea: decision support, not signals
I buy signals. Why should I use FXCO-Pilot?
Signals can be right but still be bad executions for your timing, risk, or context. FXCO-Pilot helps you confirm whether the signal has a sensible entry/SL/TP, whether structure supports the bias, and whether the trade is worth taking.
My OTP / trial code is not arriving. What do I do?
If your verification code hasn’t arrived:
• Check Spam or Promotions.
• Confirm you entered the right email address.
• Wait a minute before requesting a new code (there’s a short cooldown).
• If it still doesn’t arrive, use the Contact page and we’ll help you quickly.
I paid but I’m still locked. Why?
If you completed payment but still see the locked screen:
Wait 10–20 seconds then refresh the page.
• Make sure you returned to the app after payment.
Tip: If it still doesn’t unlock, contact us with your payment reference.
My share link says “Report not found (or expired)”
Shared reports expire after a set period for security reasons.
If a link has expired, generate a new report and create a new share link.
What’s the difference between “timeframe (style)” and “chart timeframe”?
Timeframe (style) is how you trade: Scalp / Intraday / Swing.
Chart timeframe is the actual timeframe you’re analyzing (e.g., 5min, 15min, 1h, 4h).
FXCO-Pilot evaluates trades based on the chart you’re using while respecting your trading style.
Does FXCO-Pilot guarantee a win?
No. It’s not a “win machine.” It’s a discipline machine. It helps you avoid low-quality entries and emotional mistakes, but risk is always real in markets.
What’s the best way to use FXCO-Pilot for real trading?
1) Paste the signal or your trade idea with entry/SL/TP.
2) Add how long you plan to hold (e.g. “hold 2 hours”).
3) If you know the chart timeframe, include it (e.g. “chart: 15m” or “chart: 1h”).
4) Follow the verdict and conditions if it says WAIT, you wait.
I found a bug. How do I report it?

• what you clicked
• what you expected
• what happened (error text)
• a screenshot if possible
